Deluxe Fruit Salad
Our Deluxe Fruit Salad contains Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honeydew Melon, Orange Sections and Grapes (Watermelon is optional). The combination and concentration of the fruit can be adjusted to your specification at no extra charge (e.g. no watermelon or extra grapes). However, there might be a shelf-life complication and we would be happy to advise you on creating a unique product mix. This fresh product must be refrigerated (1 - 2 degrees centigrade) at all times. It is very low in fat, and is an excellent source of Vitamin C.

Fruit Salad Syrup
This syrup is a water-based sugar solution containing Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), and less than one tenth of one percent of Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate as a preservative.

CA prepares various syrups, with varying degrees of sweetness. Once a customer tries samples and chooses a product line, this selection will be delivered consistently to specification. Again, this is an example of our commitment to our customers and their satisfaction.
